  • How does shipping work?
    Never pay shipping.
  • What if my art is damaged in shipping?
    No worries. Just contact Paula via email within 3 days of receiving your piece. Please take photos of the damage with your phone and be prepared to send them with the email. Once verified, a replacement will be promptly ordered for you. Also, please be prepared to ship back the damaged piece. A shipping label will be provided for your convenience.
  • What is that black and gold photo that I see with some of the images?
    That is an award issued by PPA (Professional Photographers of America). They host an international photographic competition annually. Tens of thousands of images are entered every year. The "Image Excellence" award is their highest award with only about 20% of entries receiving that status. An image in the "Merit Collection" represents a level of photographic excellence well above average.
  • Can I return my art?
    The art pieces are custom ordered individually and therefore are not available for return. Please be sure you are ready for your art before you proceed with the purchase.
  • Can I order a size not offered on the website?
    Absolutely! I would be happy to discuss your needs with you. Just email me directly via the contact page so we can get started.
  • Can I order something other than a metal finish?
    At the moment, traditional framing is not offered. There are just too many variations of color, size and style etc..
  • Can I order a print by itself?
    Yes, Just contact Paula via the contact page to discuss your needs. However, do to the delicate nature of the art, Paula cannot be liable for any damage that may occur once the print has been delivered. All framing, mounting and the display of the art is your responsibility.
